Are there admin fees for changing a 2026 booking?

No admin fees will be charged for changes made to 2026 bookings, giving added flexibility if plans change. Any applicable supplier charges may still apply.*

Will the price of my 2026 holiday increase after booking?

No additional surcharges will be added to 2026 holidays departing in 2026 after booking, providing extra peace of mind when planning ahead.

Will support be available throughout my holiday?

From the moment of booking through to the end of the tour, holiday planners, tour managers and local guides are on hand to help ensure everything runs smoothly. We also have a team on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week should you need them.

Is my holiday financially protected?

Yes. All holidays are ATOL, ABTOT and/or ABTA protected, so bookings are fully financially protected. If FCDO advice changes and a tour can no longer operate, a suitable alternative or full refund will be offered.

Yes. Support is available seven days a week before departure and around the clock while on holiday, ensuring assistance is always available when needed.

Customers may make one free amendment to their 2026 booking with no administration fee.
This applies to changes to any 2026 departure date, regardless of the new travel date selected.
The free amendment is limited to one change per booking. Any subsequent amendments will be subject to our standard administration fees as set out in our booking conditions.
Where a customer amends to a 2026 departure and subsequently wishes to change again to a departure outside of 2026, standard amendment fees will apply.
Any difference in holiday price between the original and amended departure must be paid at the time of amendment. If the new departure is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.
