Some of our customers have sadly been affected by outbound flight cancellations, meaning they are unable to join their tour as originally planned.

All customers who were impacted by flight disruption to their return flight are now safely home.

Inbound Flight Disruption

All customers who's flights were impacted at the end of their tour have now safely returned home.

We are seeking to secure alternative flights on other airlines at no additional cost to you.

Where that is not possible, we will make contact with you to give you the option to transfer your holiday to an alternative date or tour (most of our worldwide tours are on sale up to 2028, with no administration fees) or cancel your tour with a full refund.

We are committed to securing the best possible alternative for you. However, given the very limited options available at short notice, you may need to consider departing from an airport other than your original / preferred choice.

We are reviewing impacted bookings based on their scheduled departure dates. As the situation continues to develop rapidly and remains uncertain, our focus at present is supporting customers whose travel plans are due to begin in the coming days.
