FAQs: Easy Payment Plan

The Easy Payment Plan allows you to spread the cost of your booking through automatic monthly direct debit payments. There is no need for you to set reminders, and this helps make our holidays even more affordable and great value for money.  

After paying a deposit, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to set up your direct debit. Your payments will then be automatically deducted each month on your chosen date. 

The first payment date must be a minimum of 14 days after booking and the last payment date can be up to 10 days after the balance due date.

There must be more than 93 days between the booking date and final balance due date, and there must be a minimum of three monthly payments. 

The plan is available to customers booking directly with us who can set up a UK direct debit and who are booking outside of 12 weeks of travel. 

You can use EPP on all our tours that depart at least 12 weeks in the future. You can’t use it for our holidays/breaks to Lapland, Wimbledon, the Edinburgh Tattoo, André Rieu, Late Escapes or ocean cruises with Ambassador Cruise Line. 

You can select a preferred start date for your monthly payments when setting up the direct debit from the choices made available to you. Money will automatically debit from your account on that date.  

No, once you have agreed your payment date it is set, so please choose the best date for you. 

Yes, a deposit must be paid in full before setting up the Easy Payment Plan. 

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to complete the setup process via your own online banking account. 

If a payment fails, you’ll be notified, and an attempt will be made to collect again. If further payments are missed, your booking may be affected and we’ll charge a £35 administration fee, which will be added to your booking due to the administration work we need to carry out, and to cover any applicable costs passed to us by payment providers. 

Yes, but you’ll need to settle any outstanding balance by the due date through any of our other payment channels. 

If you cancel your booking before the balance due date, and have paid more than your deposit, we’ll refund the value paid back to your deposit level. 

Yes, all direct debits are processed securely, and your details are protected following strict regulations. 

You’ll receive a confirmation when your direct debit is set up, but monthly reminders are not sent unless a payment issue arise.
