Luggage Table

You will require a valid passport to travel on any of our overseas holidays, but please bear in mind you may also require a passport for entry to the UK's Crown Dependencies (eg Isle of Man and Jersey). We always recommend, even if travelling within the UK on a flight, you carry your passport.

You should always check the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office website for the most up to date passport and visa requirements.

Travelling to and within the European Union:

  • Check your passports issue date and expiry date
  • Your Passport can not be more than 10 years old when you enter your destination country. This means the "date of issue" must be less than ten years ago.
  • Many European countries require you to have a minimum of three months left on your passport on the day you leave the EU (the "date of expiry")
  • It is expected that from Summer 2023, you may be required to complete an online form for travel to the European Union. We will be unable to complete this on your behalf for data protection reasons.

Travelling outside of the European Union:

  • Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.
  • You may require a visa for your destination. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for more information.
